To find a journal article, search your library’s catalog. Most libraries have an option to search specifically for “Articles”, but others may have an option to search “Everything”, which will include all articles your library has access to.
If the articles in your result list are too broad, or you find the number of results overwhelming, you can narrow them using the filters on the left side of the page. If you are using a mobile device, click the funnel icon in the top right corner of the search results to view the filters.
Alternatively, you may also be interested in searching through individual databases. Visit your library’s A-Z page, sometimes just called a Databases page, to see all the databases available to you. This list of databases may be categorized by its related subject. Pick the subject related to your topic, then search through a few of the databases you will find. If you are not sure which subject or database to pick, contact a library staff member for advice!
