Section 4 of the PASCAL Delivers Print Manual, Retrieving & Processing at the Lending Library, includes instructions on how to place requests for patrons in Alma. It is strongly recommended that that PASCAL Delivers Print requests are unmediated, meaning that library employees are not involved in the process; as such, these instructions should only be used in extenuating circumstances.
