To lend e-books from your collections you will need to have negotiated the rights to do this in your license with the vendor. If your current license does not already provide you with these rights PASCAL has posted suggested language on our Licensing Information page (member password required). This language was originally written by ASERL and vetted by several PASCAL teams. We have also included the ILL language that is included in licenses for e-resources members have access to through PASCAL.
