To suppress individual records in the catalog, use Metadata Editor (MD Editor) functions. To suppress a record, you will need the role of Cataloger.
- Open the bib record in the MD Editor.
- Choose Record Actions, then Suppress from Discovery.
- Select Save, then Save and Release Record.
