Q. How do I relink a PO Line to a different bibliographic record?

You can only relink if the PO Line status is:

• In review
• Deferred
• Ready (Packed into a PO and ready to be sent)
• Waiting for Manual Renewal
• Unsent one-time closed PO Lines

To Relink:

1. Click into to the PO Line you wish to relink, and then click EDIT.
2. Click RELINK in the row actions list, then select CONFIRM in the confirmation dialog box.
3. A repository search will appear:  Modify the search as required
4. Select the button beside the number of the new resource and select SELECT. The PO Line will be linked to the new resource. Additionally, the associated holdings and items are moved to the new bib record.
