Q. How do I relink a PO Line to a different bibliographic record?

You can only relink if the PO Line status is:

• In review
• Deferred
• Ready (Packed into a PO)
• Waiting for Manual Renewal
• Waiting for Renewal (automatic)
• Unsent one-time closed PO Lines
• For Electronic items that have MMS ID

To Relink:

1. Click into to the PO Line you wish to relink, and then click EDIT.
2. Click RELINK in the row actions list.
3. A repository search will appear:  Modify the search as required
4. Select the new resource and select CONFIRM.  The PO Line will be linked to the new resource.  Additionally, the holdings and items are also moved to the new bib record.
