Errors found in the Community Zone (CZ data) should be reported via the "Report to Ex Libris" row action option. This automatically opens a case  in the Salesforce CRM system with specific information about the collection and is routed correctly. Note: at least one CRM contact must be configured in the Institution Zone (IZ) to open a support case using the Report To Ex Libris action.
